Main Menu Display

I cannot get the main menu to display on my static home page (blank template) in Highend. I have read and reread every piece of documentation I can find but to no avail. In the blank page template settings I am not using a parent

I have created one other page, the Menu page (restaurant menu) and I cannot find a place to insert the URL to the page in the menu settings option. Can you help with this problem? Thank you,
