Main Demo Plugin – Not importing

Good Morning HB Themes Support Team,

I hope all is well! I am reaching out as I am having issues importing over my Demo pages, per the package from the HB Theme I purchased. I have provided screenshots so you all can see that I did purchase it. I utilize Bluehost, hosting. Also, I wanted to know how many Templates should I have total from HB Themes. I had issues uploading the highend….ultimate.zip file as well. Thanks for your assistance!
