Main demo import without losing current content?

When I first bought Highend I imported the main demo and used it to build my website from. Not too long ago I permanently deleted a lot of pages I thought never would be usefull to me from the main demo. However now these pages would be very much in handy for me.

I know the documentation says demo import only is suitable for new installations, but is there a way to import the main demo without losing my current content, pages and settings?
