mailto: error in Outlook

    Hi Folks,

  • WP 4.2.2
    Using Highend Child: version 1.0.0
    Highend version: 2.3
    http://www.easy-speak.com.au

    • Problem: Mail button in header not working right.

  • Opens mail client (outlook 2010) with mailto:enquiry@easy-speak.com.au in “TO:” box which is rejected.
    Opens new blank browser page in Chrome but not in Firefox. I can live with that.

    • How can I fix? (looked everywhere)

    Click on header mail button

    opens this blank page in browser
    Blank Page

    Opens new email message in Outlook with “mailto:…”in recipient’s box
    Outlook address

    Results in mail not being sent:
    Outlook error
