Mailchimp subscribe button disappears in side bar widget

Hello,

I embedded code from Mailchimp into my sidebar (using the text widget), and the subscribe button under the email address field does not appear. The code was copied directly from the Mailchimp website, so it is correct.

This is the first time I have had such issue, all other themes would display it correctly.

Any advice?
