MailChimp Subscribe button cutoff, or wrong appearance

Hi, I’m trying to set up MailChimp on my wordpress with the Highend Theme. I’m having an issue where the subscribe button isn’t showing up on my page though. I’ve added the embed code into a text widget on the main page, but the subscribe button is cutoff. I’ve included an image as well. When I change the code I can see the entire button, but it doesn’t maintain the theme and looks out of place.

The code that I currently use ends with
<div><input type=”submit” value=”Subscribe” name=”subscribe” id=”mc-embedded-subscribe” class=”button”></div>

If I change the bottom part: class=”button”></div> to this: class=”hb-button:></div> then the button turns into a blue subscribe square, but that’s not what I want. Is there any way to simply make this button appear completely instead of get cutoff?
