Logo not showing up / can't upload

    When I upload the logo under Highend Options > Logo Settings… I can see the logo uploaded on the settings page. However, after pressing the “save” button it does not show up on the website. If I “x” or delete the logo it will go back to the default logo. Any suggestions here? See attached for reference. Below is the link to the test site:
