log in issues

Hello i have exceeded the max log in attempts on a customers account and have been locked out for 30 mins but the problem is i am locked out of all my accounts i keep getting the same timed lockout message after being locked out of that customers account????

Also where is the password reset option for customers they can only see generate password in the dashboard but no option to set their own password? I put a link to https://aussiedog.com.au/my-account/edit-account/ on the my account page for them to easily find but when i was logged into a customers account and went to that page it had my admin user name and password pre filled in??
