Localization Problem

    Hi,

    I try to build my own blog using WordPress and Highend Theme. The website language is Arabic. However, some strings are still in English Language such as ‘Read More’, ‘Load more posts’, contact form fields and post’s comment fields.     How can I translate these to Arabic Language? please help.
