live chat plugin no longer 'live'

    Prior to the WordPress upgrade, I was using the Screets Live Chat plugin successfully. Since the upgrade, this plugin no longer works ‘live’. It is only ‘contact me’. It no longer provides ‘live chat’ as it had before. I have deactivated, reactivated and it still no longer works properly. Can you assist, thank you very much.
