List Short Code, FAQ Page, Blog Gride

Question# 1) The first question regards to using the list short code. I seem to need help on how to make the list short code functions appropriately. The strange thing is how the texts appear (you can see in the attached). Or you can see the page by yourself at http://www.korpungun.com/2013/11/01/community-college-อเมริกา/.

Here is how I have on my post:

Question# 2) What are the different sizes of icon that I can use in the short code, e.g. [list_item size=”small” … [list_item size=”large” … [list_item size=”medium”, is there any other sizes in addition to than these three. If so, what are they?

Question# 3) Where can I get a short code to create feature like the FAQ in this link – http://hb-themes.com/themes/aegaeus_wp/faq/ ?

Question# 4) The texts that appear in each of my blog post here, http://www.korpungun.com/blog/, some is longer and some shorter than one another. How can I make the texts on each blog appear about the same length like the one here, http://hb-themes.com/themes/aegaeus_wp/blog/.
