Linking to server

I just moved to Linode and uploaded a fresh wp and highend theme.
I really like this theme.

I am having a problem with preview saying I do not have permission to view this page

and any page I create does not show up on the web except for static page.
not sure where the problem is.

I configured the server with Debian. I did add firewall rules not sure if this is where problem is. I also got a js error from the rev slider wanting the js loaded in main body and not the footer.

I did not load anything from the theme I just uploaded it and the child then activated the child theme.
any ideas would be appreciated
