Link portfolio categories to pages on the menu

I’ve created a custom menu and attached it to the sidebar which I want to be seen on every page within my ‘works’ page http://www.yuliakarelina.com/works/
I assigned portfolio categories and would like to link each of them to a specific menu option. Is it possible to do that, or is there an easier solution?
