Lightbox bug

Hi, I’m using the woocommerce plugin in the Highend theme, and at every product I see this bug, where when I click on the images and the lightbox opens, it appears a giant transparent rectangle under the arrows and over the images.

Is there any custom css or .php file that I can change this style, to remove those boxes?
