Layer Slide not compatible with Visual Composer

I could not access the Visual Composer from the link on the toolbar on top of my website. After clicking on “Edit in Visual Composer” I would see a blank white screen with no action following. When this happened, I disabled all plugins and turned them all back on one-by-one and noticed that Layer Slide was the root of my issue.

How can I resolve this issue since both plugins are necessary?
