Jetpack interference ?

Hello,

I just activated Jetpack in my WP site with your theme. Everything was working beautifully until I opened this up. I noticed upon seeing the default settings that not every box in Jetpack had been checked. I wondered why. So I checked nearly every one. Suddenly my pictures were no longer the appropriate configured size and for some odd reason the reply box is not showing up on my blog posts either.

So, I went back and unchecked the boxes that I could recall. I may have missed some. The photos are now showing appropriately, but the reply box is still not showing. Any suggestions? I’m at a total loss.
