Jetpack and comments in Aegaeus

what do I have to do to use the Jetpack comments system instead of the Aegaeus comments system as it seems whatever I do I am stuck with either no comments or the theme ones. I want to enable the use of Social media comments like Facebook etc as this creates better interaction with my site espcially if I can enable Linkedin Log in. Jetpack does this but I can’t seem to enable this and turn on the theme stuff.
