Issues with sidebar

One of my pages uses the sidebar widget to display links to other pages with a thumb nail image.

Upgraded to Word Press 5.2 and the latest version of Highend today. After the upgrade, the formatting on the sidebar is way off. The thumb nail images overlay (i.e. cover) the text instead of being located to the left like a thumb nail should. See attached picture.

Also, when I go into the sidebar widget settings and uncheck the box to include “show thumb” it still appears.

Any solutions?
