Issues with PREV/NEXT buttons for portfolio items

Hi, there:

I have been experiencing some issues with the portfolio items on my website. On the image that go on top of the title, the iPad view and mobile view have left/right arrows, which, upon click, will have PREV/NEXT buttons. I have two questions:

1. The arrows/buttons seem to only work for two items (I have six items in the portfolio). In other words, each button can only be clicked once and then disappear. Can I fix this so all six items can be viewed in a row if the user so chooses?

2. When the left arrow and right arrow are clicked (step #1), a pop-up window with PREV or NEXT will appear, and the user needs to click again (step #2). Can I remove the step #2 (the PREV or NEXT text) so that the user can enter that page after one-click (step #1)? This way it would be more intuitive and it will not block content in the mobile view.
