Issues with full width rows

Hello,

I have a couple issues with full width rows that I need resolved.

1. My client wants a pattern for a background to extend to full width and height for the home page. I can get it to go full width easily, but not full height. I checked out the forum, and it looked like the bug had been fixed, so I updated to the newest theme, and selected the full height option, but I still can’t get it to take up the full screen. It is showing white areas on top and bottom of the section, despite the fact that I only added that one particular row. For the life of me, I can’t figure this out. I’ve tried everything, and my client is getting frustrated with me.

2. The fullwidth sections are loading in a strange scale when a page is visited, or refreshed. The scale is off, and is blown up until I adjust the browser, at which point it corrects itself and looks as it should. It’s odd because after I do that, even when I stretch the browser window as large as it can go (past the opening position) it still looks fine. It only looks off when it first loads.
