issue with TOO LARGE shopping cart images / woocommerce and Highend theme

Hello
I’m having trouble sizing my imagery in the shopping cart section of my site. I need to go live asap and the croppping and size of images is not what I want; How can I resolve this ?
— is there a conflict with WooCommerce settings VS. HighEnd image attributes, or the PostThumbnail Plugin?

I will attach a screen shot – My products are cropped in too close, so I can’t see the full product, and some end up blurry. So how does one use the interface to get things right ?
WooComerce has settings , Highend has it’s own settings, and the PlugIn, PostThumbnail Editor has its own settings – what can I do to make things look right ?

asap answer is appreciated – I need to go LIVE next week
As a designer, I love the theme, but I am not a code guru to be able to see where my problem lies. Thankyou
