Issue with post saving!

I need help with post saving. I have attached 3 photos, which show what I CAN NOT change in my post! I tried to change the text in the red square (on the photos) and then save or publish the post, but it always returns to previous text. It is always the same, I tried to save it many times, but the text does not change.
I wrote about this problem more than a week ago and did not received the answer. Can you please tell me why is this happening? And how can I fix this? The text that is always showing is from another post, so I do not know how it got there and why I can not change it.
