issue viewing on mobile

when i enter my website through my phone I have to press “view full site” at the end of the page so all of the icons and features appear. If i dont I see the icons and features in thir html code. once i press view full site the browser remembers to see it that why and the issue disappears. I tried various browsers like google, firefox, opera and safari and they all have the same issue
