Is it possible to have a widget below the menu?

On the HighEnd theme: Is it possible to put a widget below the menu. I’d like to have an email newsletter sign up widget between the bottom menu item “Policies” and above the f for Facebook.

Please see the menu on the left side of my page to see the location I’m referring to. I’d like it to be in that same spot on all my pages.

I’m looking for a solution that involves changing settings or something simple like that. I’m not interested in doing my own coding.
