Is it possible to combine boxed layout for PC and stretched for mobile?

    Hi!
    I have boxed layout with picture as a background.
    It looks fine on PC but horrible at smartphone.
    So, I’d like to combine boxed layout for PC and stretched for mobile devices. Is it possible?
