    Do you have another account on MOJO Marketplace (or another account at your hosting company)?
    It usually happens that people have several accounts.
    If that isn’t the issue, I would suggest you to contact MOJO Marketplace support as they are responsible for issues like that: https://mojosupport.zendesk.com/hc/en-us
    In the meantime, I can install the theme for you on your website, so you don’t have to wait for MOJO’s reply.

    Yes, I do have multiple accounts. I have already contacted them but they have yet to respond.
