Install Highend theme on dev website

    Hi,

    I’ve installed WordPress on my Bluehost site and the Highend theme successfully for our live website. I have a second Bluehost site for development where WordPress has been installed, but whenever I try to install the Highend theme, I keep getting the payment request. How can I install the license we already have on the development website?
