Instagram widget suddenly not working

My instagram widget is no longer working.

Username: georgeminors

the other social buttons for http://www.instagram.com/georgeminors work fine. The instagram profile is public and privacy settings should all work too.

If I change the widget username to “Starbucks” it works for that account but not for mine.

Do i need an approved app within the instagram website or something to approve this widget. Why is it suddenly not working?
