increase the WP memory limit

    Hi! at the moment my WP Memory Limit is 40 MB – and it says i need to change setting memory to at least 64MB.

    How do i do this?

    also i need to change:
    PHP Time Limit: 30Recommended max_execution_time should be at least 400 seconds.
    PHP Max Input Time: 60Recommended max_input_time should be at least 300 seconds.
