Increase Memory

My SEO plugin keeps giving me 404 error notifications, and I read up on possible reasons and found that my memory may not be large enough, then upon further searching, this time around my dashboard and in the highend diagnostics, I saw a recommendation to increase the memory. I’m a bit scared to just plug this in somewhere. (the code suggested)
