Inconsistency in High End/VC Installations

Hi,

I am working on both the English and Japanese pages of our Web site. The En and Jp versions have their own WordPress administrator (i.e., I have …en.com/wp-admin and …jp.com/wp-admin).

I have installed High End on the En version and Creativo on the Jp version to test the two themes. In the end, I decided to use High End on both. So I installed High End on the Jp version and activated it.

Problem 1: There are some Virtual Composer elements (for example, “Separator with Text”) that is available in the En version but not in Jp. The En and Jp versions both have the same version of VC.

Problem 2: Whenever I add a VC element in the Jp version “rgba(0,0,0,0.45)” appears after the added element. See attached image. This does not happen in the En version.

Could you let me know how to resolve this? I noticed that High End and Creativo share the same plugins. For example, Creativo also uses Visual Composer and Revolution Slider. Would that cause a problem even if they use the same versions of the plugins?
