Importing Demo into Partially Built WordPress site?

    I have HiEnd installed in WordPress (128 MB memory) and have started creating a couple of website pages. I would now like to download and use one of the Demos for the site. Can I load it into WordPress without deleting the current pages and media I have created? Or do I have to delete what I’ve done first for a “clean” install??? Thanks for your help.
