    Hi here,

I’m trying to import demo content to my Highend installation in WP. After opening a support ticket with my host and going back and forth with them a few times to troubleshoot, I got this response:

Maximum script execution time is set to 400 seconds for your account. The Demo contents which you are trying to import needs more time to upload all its contents.

As you are on a shared hosting platform, we can not increase script execution time for your account. We apologize for this inconvenience. You can use other ways like importing demo contents for this theme with XML file format. You can contact this theme vendor about uploading demo contents from different formats.

I downloaded a file called highend-ultimate-multi-purpose-wordpress-theme-demo-data.zip which I’ve stored locally, but I don’t see an option for manual uploads. At the moment this is the process I take:

    1. Login to WP, go to the Dashboard
    2. Scroll down past At a Glance, Activity and Site Stats until I get to Highend
    3. Click on Import Demo template
    4. I have four pre-set options: Highend Main Demo, Photography, Presentation, and Simple Blog. I had been trying to import the Highend Main Demo directly from here, but that’s apparently a no-go now.

If there is a place where I can directly upload a file, I’m up for doing that. This is all I see, though. Could someone advise on where I should go next? Thank you!
