Import Blog Posts from old WP site

    I would like to import the blog posts from an old WordPress site. I’ve exported the data using the Tools | Export feature and now have an XML file.

    Do I just use the Tools | Import feature in my Highend themed site? I thought I read somewhere that blog posts were done differently with this theme.

    Please advise.
