Image Sizes and Protection of Images

    Hi,

    Can you recommend the best Image Sizes or ratio’s for Post Thumbnails / Featured Images?

    Also is there a way to protect downloading of these images i.e prevent users from “save image as” when viewing and right clicking to copy etc.
