Image Size – page titel section

Dear Support,
I am very desperated.
In witch proportion I must create my images to show them without any zoom/crop?
I would like to have the same view in Page title section as with a featured image

Here you see the same Image
– as features Image -> perfect
– and as Background Image with Page Title Section height “large”
