icon box height & text area height

Hi, is it possible to have the same height for the icon_box elements despite difference in content length? http://www.raikke.com

Secondly, the chat box at the bottom does not display the last message box in the size defined by the java script/style. I talked to Olark and they said there is an override by the theme, where is the css that controls the height of the textarea? Thanks!
