I want a refund!

Nothing about this theme, plugin is as described. I can’t get any support, we do not get access to plug-ins only bits and pieces and if you don’t know.coding it’s worthless. I’ve gone to my host provider and they say you have to refund it because the money didn’t go to them. I’ve tried multiple times in multiple ways and I can’t get anyone anywhere to respond.
