I must to hire a webmaster for resolve the problem????

Hello.
in february i have hasked for the problem that you can see in the image and i’m still waiting that somebody give me a solution.
I think it is a great lack of respect towards the problems of those who have chosen to use highend.
I also asked for a custom quote… i don’t think is correct but i have care of my customer.
