Cannot save changes.

I have been told to increase the memory limit and I did it, is now 128MB but still the changes are not saved!

Please get it to work, I have wasted so much time on this!!

NOTHING WORKS, like when I tried to disable some locations in map settings the button would not change from on to off but others yes…

Also, most importantly I cannot use the front end because each time I try to change something, the options would not come up even if I click on the tabs, please see attached.

Then when I tried to go to your support center, the page would not load at all, I was waiting for more than 2 hours to TALK WITH SOMEONE ABOUT THIS ISSUES.
