HTML Code Appears In Mobile View

I just downloaded and installed WordPress, uploaded the Highend Theme and all looks fine on my website when I view it with a computer (Chrome / Firefox), but when I use my handphone to view, it is all in HTML coding! I’m using Android via Samsung Note 4. How can I configure it to show the responsive view? Also, the current HTML view has a link at the bottom that can allow to go to the full site, but there is no response! What have I done wrongly? Please help!
