how to use page templates on child pages?

    Hello everyone.

    I’m designing a site where I have URLs as follows:

    /appointment/registration
    /appointment/selection
    /appointment/confirmation

    On every page, I want to have a custom template but when I assign the template, the page shows me that the page is not found.
