How to update the High End theme

At present the High End themes disables WP Bakery Page Builder and WP Bakery Visual Composer. (At the time of this post WPBakery is in a state of confusion where they have two plugins which disable each other). I just learned that my version of High end is very outdated and it has not been updating on my WordPress site. So it appears that High End updates for a season and then it does not.
So I have no option but to buy the update. I try to do that but it is not so easy. Using my usual login I am told I have to select a host. Don’t have clue which to select so I create a new login. I am told my information does not match my credit card (which is not true). I try again and I am told I was rejected and to try a new cart. Call my credit card and they inform me that the issue is with High End. I tend to believe them as I just spend $3000 a few days ago on the same card.
So High End, we live in times where people want money, money, money and I respect the fact that you are no different than the rest an will no longer update my theme without a price. Can you please tell me how to pay for the latest update. My email address is daniel@freedom designs. ca
