How to set bullets properly

    Attached are 2 screen shots.
    One shows how the Highend theme defaults to setting bullet points. It’s the one with red subheads.

    The other shows the way bullets should be set, with an indent.

    Please show me how to set bullets with a proper indent using the Highend theme.
