How to replace Home Page from Main Demo with my Blog Page?

Hi,

I chose to install WordPress and the Highend Theme in this location http://mywebsite.com/blog/ as opposed to http://mywebsite.com/

I have imported the ‘Main Demo’. I know how to create a Blog Page using one of the Blog templates but what I need to know is, how do I replace the home page with the blog page that I just created so that when you go to my website, http://mywebsite.com/blog/ you will see the blog page there instead of http://mywebsite.com/blog/blog/ ?

PLEASE NOTE: I also want to keep the version of the Home page that came with the ‘Main Demo’ so that I can refer to it in the future. I don’t want to overwrite that page, if that is possible.
