How to permanently remove Highend dashboard widgert for Subscriber role

We don’t want to create any more confusion for visitors registering as “Subscriber” then necessary. To that end, how do we get rid of the “Welcome to Highend” widget on the Dashboard — for the Subscriber role only (without the user having to use the “Screen Options” tab)? For that matter, we’d like to remove the “Highend” dropdown menu in the toolbar (for Subscribers) as well…
