How to get rid of second contact form in Aegaeus

Hi,
I recently updated my site to the Aegaeus theme, but I am having problems with my contact page. I was previously using contact form 7 with some customized settings and a confirmation page integrated with some Google conversion tracking, and I would like to continue using that form. However, now my contact page is showing two contact forms, one after the other. The first one is mine, the second one seems to belong to the theme, and I can’t find any way to modify or get rid of it. Any help would be appreciated.
