How to get Rev Slider to Full Screen

Hello, I am having issues with getting revolution slider to fill full space without overlapping with vertical menu. The site is http://www.cohassetj70.org

I have tried:

1. Placing rev slider in content area inside the visual editor and outside (as seen on main page) – You will notice padding around the slider.

2. Here under home-2 http://cohassetj70.org/home-2/ you will see the slider goes beyond the menu all the way to the top right corner. The rev slider here is set as featured image. I prefer it this way but it needs to stop at the side navigation.

Is #hb-side-navigation the container I need? I couldn’t get it to work and have exhausted all my trial and error knowledge. (I am not a coder)
