How to get "Header Layout > Additional Text Box" info to be seen on mobile?

Hi,

I’m trying to get the phone number and a button I have in the header (added in theme settings under “header layout > additional text box”) to be seen when people view the website on mobile. I tried this CSS I found in another Topic but it’s not working. Any suggestions? Thank you!
