I’ve recently started doing volunteer work on a production site using Aegaeus template, with lots of ontent, and I don’t have a dev copy of the site to play with.

Except for the homepage, every page has a right sidebar, which is desirable 99% of the time, but I now want to create a few Event Organiser events with full-width layout.

    When I look here – https://{mydomain}/wp-admin/themes.php?page=optionsframework –
    > General Settings – Choose Layout – there is nothing selected
    > General Settings – Default Sidebar Position – nothing
    > Sidebar Settings – nothing is showing (except the “Add New Sidebar” button)

In a draft new event, I’ve managed to disappear the widgets which usually load into the right sidebar, but the empty sidebar is still there. It’s the still the sidebar-layout.

A child theme is already installed but not activated.

Can anyone please advise me what my next steps should be, so I don’t mess up the existing content?

Thanks in advance for any advice!
